These terms govern your use of the Still Needs a Human application and website (the "Service"), operated by Still Needs a Human. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service
Still Needs a Human is an independent quality layer for machine and AI translation: automatic QA, human LQA scorecards, and cross-engine evaluation. The Service is provided on a subscription or trial basis as agreed with you.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload (source text, translations, glossaries, reports). You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train third-party models, and customer workspaces are isolated from one another.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access another customer's data, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or third-party right. Accounts are per-named-user; do not share credentials.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service.
Liability
The Service supports human quality decisions; it does not replace them. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the prior twelve months.
