Plans and allowances

LQA scorecards on Business
Business includes LQA scorecards: three client templates set up with you, and unlimited scorecards. Setting up the three templates is included, on monthly and annual billing alike. Ask for it from LQA in the menu, under On request: we set up the template with you and then switch LQA on for the workspace, and it appears in the menu as a normal item. Settings, Plan and usage says when your plan includes it.
AI-reviewed words
The rule checks are not metered. What is counted is the words the AI review reads: every translated segment it reads counts its words once against the month's allowance. The other AI passes (the AI check of rule findings, the second opinion, the spelling check, the confirm lane, fix completion, the whole-file review and the transcreation check) are recorded on the run and not counted. Premium review quality costs more words per word; the profile shows how many.
The AI words chip in the top bar shows this month's use on every page and updates as soon as a run or its AI pass finishes. Settings, Plan and usage shows the words by source (the app, email, Dropbox, the extension, assistants, the API). The words each AI pass sent this month are in the usage answer of the API and of an assistant, by pass. Included words reset each month and do not roll over.
When the allowance is used up, the rules keep running and the report says the AI review was skipped for that reason. A check never fails because the allowance ran out.
Word packs
Every plan can buy a word pack, Free included: 250,000 or 1,000,000 words, valid for two years and used after the included words, the pack that expires first going first. A pack adds words and nothing else: Free with a pack still has one seat and no API.
Trials
Team and Business start with a 14-day trial, no card. A trial carries 200,000 AI-reviewed words and the tools of its plan. The plan card is labelled Trial and the Billing card shows the end date. When the trial ends without a card, the workspace moves to Free and your rules keep running.
Offer codes
An offer code from an event gives Team free for a period, with no card: open the sign-up link that carries it or type it where the sign-up page asks for a code. Add a card before the period ends to keep Team.
