Your preferences

These choices belong to your account rather than to the browser: the theme (light or dark), the report viewer's layout (Wide or Side), its density and text size, the AI note lines you hid, whether a finding shows its Context row, whether the inline tags show their tag contents (each tag as it is in the file), which New here? paragraphs you keep open, whether you closed the Get started card on Home and whether you finished the tour. Each is saved the moment you change it and is the same on every workspace and in every browser you sign in from. The What is this? explanations you open or close in a profile follow your account the same way. So do the one-time tips: a page shows its tip on your first visit only, and once you have seen it, it does not come back in another browser.

User settings

Under your name in the left menu: User settings holds your notifications and the browser extension connection; Documentation opens this site; What's new lists the changes, newest first.

Keyboard

Search or do opens with Cmd+K on a Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux, on any keyboard layout and even while you type in a field. It is the one shortcut with Cmd or Ctrl, and it can never close your browser tab. Type a question mark in it for every shortcut. In a report the keys 1 to 6 pick the tabs.

Notifications

Choose which emails you get: a report that finished, a sign off, a Learn suggestion waiting. The daily digest and the money alerts go to the workspace owner.
