Sharing and exporting
Download
Download in the report header gives the report as HTML (a self-contained file that opens anywhere), Excel or CSV. Excel is the workbook you can set decisions in; Excel, full detail has every column, the rule names and the AI's reason for its verdicts, as the API sends it. The downloaded HTML opens with the Context rows shut and carries the same findings, decisions and AI verdicts as the page. On Free the exports carry a "Checked with What's Wrong" line; from Solo it can be removed, and Business can brand the report.
Share a link
You can mint a read-only share link for someone outside the workspace. A share link is signed and bound to that one report and its workspace. It expires after 30 days. It grants viewing only: a link holder can never mark a finding ignored or fixed, and never signs the report off. Minting one is a PM or admin action, and a link can be revoked.
Written back beside the file
A run started from a Dropbox folder, Crowdin or Smartling also writes the report back beside the file it checked, in your own storage. Deleting the report in the app does not remove that copy.
By email
A check run by QA by email answers in the same email thread with the result word, the critical count, the score and the report link. The reply never contains segment text.
